SENIOR SURVEYOR / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
£50-60,000 per annum plus bonus package
New Ballerino are one of the leading property consultancies in the area specialising in all aspects of
commercial agency, principally industrial and office acquisitions and disposal, public house disposals, investment and development.
We have a successful regional agency team and are looking to recruit a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to work alongside the Managing Director as an ambassador for the company and to assist in the continual development of the profile of New Ballerino in the local market.
The candidate must have experience in attending client meetings, be confident in handling their own caseload and dealing with a number of high quality office and industrial instructions. The candidate must have a proven track record in commercial property experience, be driven with a high level
of motivation, coupled with a proactive approach to work and business development.
Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. New Ballerino will offer excellent prospects for career progression for the right candidate and a competitive market salary.
A qualified member of the RICS is preferable but not essential.
